Daniela has been part of the dalli world for seven years – and today she heads up the legal product safety team. She originally wanted to start as a quality manager, but was spontaneously given the opportunity to take on a management role – and has seized it with enthusiasm. The flexible flexitime system allows her to combine family and career perfectly. She particularly appreciates the friendly atmosphere in the team and has fond memories of celebrating the 180th anniversary of the Tropicana Festival together. For Daniela, dalli can be described in one word: Family.

Marc has been part of the central logistics team at dalli for over eleven years – and with real enthusiasm. He was offered the opportunity to join dalli straight after his apprenticeship – a decision he has never regretted for a second. What particularly motivates him: the family atmosphere, the fun in the team and the flexibility to perfectly combine work and family life thanks to working from home and flexitime.

Melissa came to dalli on the recommendation of a colleague and has been part of a diverse team that is passionate about packaging development for one and a half years. She examines the technical feasibility of packaging, drives sustainable packaging solutions with her team and experiences every day how varied and challenging her field of work is. For her, one thing is certain: anyone who joins dalli learns an incredible amount in a short space of time.

Stephanie has been with dalli for eight years and looks after a major customer in the cosmetics sector. She has always been passionate about retail – today she combines this passion with her experience in sales and marketing. What she particularly appreciates about the retail brands is that products are created together with the customer – from the initial idea to fragrance and design through to realisation. dalli supports her with further training, such as language courses for international cooperation. For Stephanie, her job is perfect: communicative, creative and close to the market – exactly where her products ultimately find their place.
