Takeover guarantee
If you perform well, we guarantee you a full-time employment contract. Initially for one year, with the possibility of remaining part of our team in the long term.
Fair remuneration & bonuses
You will receive an above-average training allowance plus holiday and Christmas bonuses. There is also a bonus for successful completion.

Supplementary company health insurance
Your health is taken care of: as an apprentice, you will receive supplementary company health insurance with a €300 health budget per year.

Highlight in the training programme
Erasmus+
For several years now, the dalli group has been offering its trainees the opportunity to complete an internship abroad during and up to one year after their training. This is supported by the EU-funded Erasmus+ programme. Last year, Timo Froesch was at our Dutch plant in Heerde and was able to get a taste of the HR department. Marc Juchem travelled to the Danish biotechnology company Novonesis in Copenhagen to work in the laboratory.
