A key success factor here is the close dovetailing with sales and category management. We develop products in line with clear market and product range requirements. Independent tests regularly confirm the quality of our work: many of our products achieve very good results at European level, some achieve top rankings or receive awards. For us, this is confirmation that our research and development work is focussed on the right areas.
